REIKI LEVEL 1 - Live Virtual Training
CONNECTING WITH THE LIGHT BODY
Reiki Level I is an introduction to Reiki as a grounded, embodied practice of self-healing and awareness.
This training focuses on developing a clear relationship with energy through presence, intention, and nervous system regulation. Rather than learning Reiki as a technique to perform, you’ll explore it as a contemplative practice that supports balance, clarity, and resilience in daily life.
You will receive the Reiki Level I attunement, opening your ability to work with Reiki for self-healing and energetic grounding.
This training is open to all and requires no prior experience.
Those who complete Reiki Level I are eligible to continue into Reiki Level II the following week.
REIKI LEVEL 2 - Live Virtual Training
EXPANDING THE LIGHT BODY
Reiki Level II is a continuation and deepening of the practices introduced in Reiki Level I and is open to those who have received a Reiki Level I attunement.
In this training, you will receive three sacred Reiki symbols that expand your capacity to work with energy across distance and time. The focus is on clarity, ethical practice, and responsibility when offering Reiki to others, while continuing to root the work in grounding and presence.
This level supports those who feel called to share Reiki with others or deepen their personal practice.
Completion of Reiki Level I is required.
