The Rite is a 6-night, 5-day immersive men’s retreat in the Sierra Nevada mountains of Colombia.
This is not a vacation. This is a threshold experience—one of remembrance, initiation, and integration. Held at Mundo Alto, the retreat offers private and shared accommodations, nourishing meals, transformational facilitation, and deep brotherhood.
This retreat includes structured coaching, sacred ritual, rest, movement, and time in nature. It’s designed for men who’ve done the work and are ready to deepen it in the company of committed brothers. Leadership, embodiment, emotional resilience, and masculine reclamation will be our ground.

Our retreat is nested amidst the lush, untamed beauty of Colombia’s Caribbean coast, La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is an extraordinary mountain range revered as The Heart of the World by the Indigenous peoples who have called it home for generations. This sacred land is a living temple — a place where earth and sky, spirit and matter, come into perfect harmony.
