Guided by the elements, we will move through daily practices that awaken the essence of the feminine—soft yet powerful, intuitive yet grounded, radiant yet deeply rooted. Through meditation, breathwork, movement, and soul-enriching rituals, we will shed layers of conditioning and awaken to our most luminous, untamed essence. In the company of like-hearted women, we will rise into our sacred power, embracing transformation with open hearts and open arms.
As part of this retreat, we will also be guided by the wisdom of local elders and learn from the ancestral traditions of the Indigenous women of the land. With humility and reverence, we will explore teachings rooted in earth-honoring ways of life—deepening our connection not only to ourselves, but to the spirit of place, the sacred cycles, and the lineage of feminine wisdom that has long been carried here.
